Orders

When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. You order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket of wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Pricing

Prices on our website are displayed in EUR, GBP and USD and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rates. Prices exclude any extra costs, shipping fees, taxes or custom duties. Deliveries outside the EU may be subjected to additional duties and taxes. .

If you are paying with a credit that is not denominated in EUR, GBP or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

We can process your order in the next currencies: EUR, GBP and USD. Products are priced in our base currency, EUR. The current market rate, the rate at the moment of purchase, is used to convert EUR to GBP and USD. When your local currency is different than the currencies we can process your payment in ( EUR, GBP or USD), the conversion is handled by your financial institution and might be subject to a small conversion fee.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are only valid in accordance with their terms. They are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative, can only be used once and cannot be used in combination with any other promotional offer.

Gift Messaging

Gift messages can be added to your order at check out and are free of charge.

Delivery

Orders are delivered worldwide, however subject to any shipping restrictions. Your order will be fully owned by you from the time we receive your payment in full and deliver them to you.


If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. Constance The Label is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange items subject to meeting the conditions set out in the Returns and Exchanges Policy. You must request your return or exchange within 14 days from delivery of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days of delivery of your order, will not be accepted. When you want to return your item, we offer store credits only. Please note we do not refund in money.

Items marked on more than 20% sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will only issue a refund or exchange when items are unused, with sanitary stickers (applicable for swimwear only) and original tags in place. Please take care to preserve any other product packaging. There will be no return or exchange on hats and jewelry. Returns that include any of the items that are not subject to return or exchange, that have not the required labels, sanitary stickers or is damaged or soiled, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and/or refund will be refused.

Please email info@constancethelabel.com if any of your items have been delivered without tags or sanitary labels in place or/ and if your product has a manufacturing defect.
