At Constance The Label we carefully inspect, pack and sign-of every order before it's dispatched to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item(s) in any way, we offer a completely transparent refund or exchange policy as long as your item is returned within 14 days of you receiving your order, in the same condition that you received it, unworn and still fitted, with all tags, labels and security tape. Returns that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.Â

REFUNDS

One of our customer support team will contact you as soon as we have received and isnpected your returned item(s). Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed as soon as possible after they have been received by us and you will receive confirmation immediately, however please allow 5-7 business days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method as we have no control over your banks processing times which can vary.
